Made with only flour, water and salt. We use only high protein, stone ground, non-gmo, wholegrain, unbleached and unbromated flour. Our dough is aged using old world artisan bakers techniques to create a light crispy crust that has no added sugar , oil, dairy, eggs or trans fat.
We ship products Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
